I just stumbled across a thought-provoking thing on the topic of learning. The fact is that I and my project team wrote a paper on organizational learning. So what is learning?
"By reading a book about cycling, you learn nothing about cycling. The real learning we get the ability to do something we have never before managed "(Senge 1990).
