The apartment is rented out! A tip for those of you who are thinking of renting out apartments is to use block and pictures and to make it in time.

I do not think that the actors play out against each other at a sub-letting, that is, use the method multiple-sourcing.
The key is to find a tenant that is reliable and convenient. Nor is it legal to charge an unreasonably high rent, which should be the objective of which försker exploit the competitive situation. My approach has been to work with so-called single-sourcing (could alternatively also be seen as hybrid-sourcing).
